Jim Hogan passed away July 15, 2009.  He is now riding his own sidecar rig in Heaven.
As of 2013 the Ely Lions Club is being disbanded so there will no longer be a run.  Over 15 years we've put a lot of smiles on people's faces and raised a lot of money for people with special needs, so a huge thanks to all that have participated.

Join us for a fun over-night camp run to Ely Minnesota. Money raised this year will be donated to the "Friends & Family with MS" in Ely. Join us in this very worthwhile cause.

Jack Eudy has put a mini-campground in the forests/field/backyard at his house in Wrenshall Minnesota, 23 miles South of Duluth, and only 9 miles from the ride start in Cloquet.  All are welcome to camp there Friday night before the ride.  He's even built an outhouse that he says "is better than the one in the house".  I'll let you judge that for yourselves...  -- Sheldon
